Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using RedditLeadScout ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

RedditLeadScout is a mobile application that helps users discover potential customers and business opportunities on Reddit through:

• AI-powered semantic search of Reddit posts
• Lead scoring and prioritization
• AI-generated reply suggestions
• Competitor mention tracking
• Bookmark and organization features
• Keyword subscription notifications

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Free Tier

• 5 searches per day
• 2 AI-generated replies per day
• Weekly digest notifications
• 1 keyword subscription

Pro Subscription

• 100 searches per day
• 50 AI-generated replies per day
• Instant push alerts
• Advanced features

Payment Terms

• Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law

You agree NOT to use the App to:

1. Spam or Harass: Send unsolicited messages, spam, or harass Reddit users
2. Violate Reddit's Terms: Use the App in ways that violate Reddit's Terms of Service or Content Policy
3. Mislead: Create deceptive or misleading content
4. Automate Abuse: Use bots or automated systems to post content at scale
5. Impersonate: Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation
6. Illegal Activities: Engage in any illegal activities
7. Circumvent Limits: Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
8. Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code

• AI-generated replies are suggestions only; you are responsible for reviewing and modifying them before posting
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content
• You assume full responsibility for any content you post using our suggestions
• AI responses may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate suggestions

Our Content

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by RedditLeadScout and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (product descriptions, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to use this content solely to provide our services to you.

Reddit Content

Reddit posts and comments displayed in the App are owned by their respective authors and Reddit, Inc. We display this content under Reddit's public API and RSS terms.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OF SEARCH RESULTS
• EFFECTIVENESS OF LEAD SCORING
• QUALITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Search results will be complete or accurate
• AI suggestions will be appropriate for your use case
• You will generate leads or sales using our App

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDDITSCOUT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of AI-generated content
• Actions taken by Reddit or other platforms against your account
• Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedditLeadScout, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post using our App or suggestions

The App integrates with third-party services (Reddit, payment processors, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Change pricing with reasonable notice
• Update these Terms (continued use constitutes acceptance)

We will notify you of material changes through the App or email.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our discretion with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination (limitation of liability, indemnification, etc.) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Istanbul, Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RedditLeadScout regarding the App.

• These Terms are between you and RedditLeadScout, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
• Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
