Information from Third Parties

• Reddit Public Data: We access publicly available Reddit posts and comments through Reddit's public RSS feeds. We do not access your Reddit account or private messages.

• Provide Services: To deliver our core features including semantic search, AI reply generation, and lead scoring.
• Personalization: To customize AI-generated replies based on your product information.
• Notifications: To send push notifications about new posts matching your subscriptions.

• Storage: Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with encryption at rest.
• AI Processing: Search queries and reply generation are processed using Azure OpenAI services. Queries are not stored by the AI provider beyond the immediate processing need.
• Encryption: All data transmission is encrypted using TLS/SSL.
• Access Controls: We implement strict access controls to protect your data.

RedditLeadScout is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
