By downloading, installing, or using Kids Drawing: Color & Paint ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users, including children using the App under parental supervision.

Kids Drawing: Color & Paint is a mobile application that provides:

• Drawing and painting tools (brush, pencil, magic brush, eraser)
• Coloring page templates (200+ designs)
• Stickers and text decoration features
• Save and share functionality for created artwork

The App is designed for children of all ages and is free to download with optional in-app purchases.

3.1 What You Can Do

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Create, save, and share artwork made within the App
• Purchase the ad-free upgrade for your account

3.2 What You Cannot Do

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary labels
• Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the App to others
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

4.1 Ownership

• You retain full ownership of all artwork you create using the App
• We do not claim any rights to your creations
• Your artwork is stored locally on your device only

4.2 Sharing Responsibility

When you share your artwork:

• You are responsible for what you share and where you share it
• Ensure you have rights to any imported reference images
• Do not share content that infringes others' intellectual property

5.1 Remove Ads Feature

• A one-time purchase option is available to remove all advertisements
• This purchase is processed through Google Play Store
• The purchase is tied to your Google Play account

5.2 Payment Terms

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• Taxes may apply based on your location
• Refund requests must be directed to Google Play Support

5.3 Parental Controls

• In-app purchases require Google Play account authentication
• Parents should enable purchase authentication in Google Play settings
• We recommend supervising children's access to purchase features

6.1 Ad Display

• The free version of the App displays advertisements
• Ads are provided by Google AdMob and Facebook Audience Network
• Ads appear as banners and interstitials
• No ads are shown during active drawing sessions

6.2 Ad Content

• We strive to display family-friendly advertisements
• Third-party ad networks determine ad content
• We are not responsible for individual ad content

7.1 Our Rights

The following are owned by Thrace Studio and protected by intellectual property laws:

• The App software and code
• App design, interface, and graphics
• Coloring templates and built-in artwork
• Stickers, brushes, and effects
• Thrace Studio name, logo, and branding

7.2 Permitted Use

• Templates and stickers are licensed for personal use only
• You may not extract, redistribute, or sell App assets
• Screenshots of the App may not be used for commercial purposes

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Results from the App will be accurate or reliable
• Defects will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrace Studio shall not be liable for:

• Loss of artwork or saved data (please backup important creations)
• Device damage, malfunction, or performance issues
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Issues caused by third-party services, networks, or software
• Unauthorized access to your device
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the App

10.1 Designed for Children

Kids Drawing: Color & Paint is designed to be safe for children:

• No user registration or personal information required
• No social features or communication with other users
• All content is age-appropriate
• No violent, scary, or inappropriate content

10.2 Parental Responsibility

• Parental supervision is recommended for young children
• Parents should manage device settings and permissions
• Parents are responsible for monitoring shared content
• Review in-app purchase settings to prevent unauthorized purchases

11.1 App Updates

We may:

• Release updates with new features, improvements, or bug fixes
• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Change system requirements with future updates
• Require updates to continue using certain features

11.2 Terms Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time:

• Updated Terms will be posted within the App and on our website
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be communicated through app updates
• Check this page periodically for updates

12.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App from your device
• Deleting App data through device settings

12.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the App in an illegal or harmful manner
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Misuse in-app purchase systems

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchases.

13.1 Supported Devices

• Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher
• Minimum 2GB RAM recommended
• Storage space for saved artwork

13.2 Internet Connection

• Required for: advertisements, analytics, push notifications
• Not required for: drawing, saving artwork locally

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Thrace Studio operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thrace Studio regarding the App.
