Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Roomy: Phone Storage Cleaner ("Roomy" or "App"), developed by Thrace Studio ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms are effective as of October 15, 2026.

Roomy is an iPhone application that helps you free up storage space on your device through:

• Similar photo grouping with the best shot picked for you
• Exact duplicate detection
• Screenshot sorting into receipts, documents and chats
• WhatsApp media, blurry photo and large video detection
• Swipe to clean
• Video compression and Live Photo to still photo conversion
• Duplicate contact merging
• A home screen storage widget

All scanning and processing happens on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Free Use

• Scan your library and review everything Roomy finds
• Delete up to 10 items per day

Roomy Pro

Roomy Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks:

• Unlimited deletions
• Video compression
• Live Photo to still photo conversion
• Duplicate contact merging

Roomy Pro is offered as a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, or as a yearly subscription. The price and billing period are shown in the App before you subscribe.

Payment Terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies; we cannot issue refunds directly

• You are solely responsible for what you choose to delete, compress, convert or merge using the App
• Suggestions such as "best shot", "duplicate" or "blurry" are generated automatically and may not always match your preference; review items before deleting them
• Deleted photos and videos are moved to the Recently Deleted album in the Photos app, where iOS keeps them for 30 days before removing them permanently. After that, they cannot be recovered
• Merging contacts cannot be undone by Roomy. Review duplicate contacts carefully before merging
• We recommend keeping a backup of your photos, videos and contacts (for example, iCloud) before cleaning up

You agree NOT to use the App to:

1. Illegal Activities: Engage in any illegal activities
2. Circumvent Limits: Attempt to bypass the free daily deletion limit, subscription checks or security measures
3. Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code
4. Redistribute: Copy, modify, sublicense, rent or distribute the App or its components

Our Content

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Thrace Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Your Content

Your photos, videos and contacts remain yours. Roomy processes them only on your device to provide its features, and we claim no rights to them.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OF SIMILAR, DUPLICATE, BLURRY OR SCREENSHOT DETECTION
• THE AMOUNT OF STORAGE SPACE FREED

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Every similar photo, duplicate or unwanted item will be found
• The "best shot" or other suggestions will match your preference
• A specific amount of storage space will be freed

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THRACE STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of photos, videos, contacts or other data deleted, compressed, converted or merged by you using the App
• Loss of data after items are removed from Recently Deleted
• Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrace Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and subscriptions are validated by RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Change pricing with reasonable notice
• Update these Terms (continued use constitutes acceptance)

Updated Terms will be posted on this page.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our discretion with reasonable notice

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling the App does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your App Store account settings. Provisions that should survive termination (limitation of liability, indemnification, etc.) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Istanbul, Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thrace Studio regarding the App.

• These Terms are between you and Thrace Studio, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
• Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
